The cotton is grown in Brazil and Peru by farming associations that respect both people and the environment, following fair trade principles. In Brazil, the cotton is organic and agroecological, enriching the soil by increasing biodiversity and improving water retention. In Peru, farmers cultivate certified organic and regenerative cotton, receiving support in their certification process along with technical and financial assistance to enhance their production.
